Loving the simplicity that is Brussels Sprouts.
You can fancy them up if you want but roasting these with a little oil and salt/pepper gives you this caramely (is that a word?), crisp treat.
3c brussels sprouts, washed, damaged leaves removed, halved
handful of olive oil (maybe 2T)
salt
pepper
Toss sprouts with oil, salt and pepper. Pour sprouts on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 400, stirring twice.
